The customer will receive a shipping confirmation via email confirming the shipment of their product. All products are sent Royal Mail 1st class unless organised externally with Molly Hankinson. Please email email@example.com if you wish to organise a different type of shipping. We do not hold any responsibility for lost items that do not require a tracking number, once posted with Royal Mail and shipping confirmation has been sent. Returns / refunds
For any undamaged and un-opened product, please email email@example.com and arrange to return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note that the item can only be returned if it has not been taken out of its packaging. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
